Nextflow Workflow Management — Interactive Teaching Deck
A browser-based teaching deck that builds intuition for Nextflow, the dataflow workflow-management system, by reading a real production pipeline (nf-core/hlatyping) rather than a toy example. Covers the dataflow model, DSL2 syntax, channels and operators, the pipeline DAG end to end, executors and containers, -resume caching, and the nf-core ecosystem.
Built with Reveal.js plus hand-rolled SVG and vanilla JavaScript widgets: an animated DAG, channel-operator marble diagrams, an executor switcher, a -resume cache simulator, and a live DSL2 parameter editor.
Graduate-level audience comfortable with Python and bash, new to Nextflow.
